One on one support sessions

One-on-one support sessions provide a private and confidential space for you to explore and address personal challenges, conducted virtually for your convenience.

During these sessions, we’ll work together to uncover and understand the root causes of patterns that may be impacting your behaviors and relationships. By gaining insights into these patterns, we can focus on creating meaningful shifts that lead to a more fulfilling and balanced life. The techniques I use are tailored to your unique needs and include supportive approaches such as:

Emotional Awareness and Growth
This approach emphasizes recognizing and processing emotions to foster healthier emotional responses and strengthen personal relationships. We’ll focus on how your emotions influence behavior and how to create a more balanced emotional experience.

Parts Work and Family Dynamics
We’ll explore the different aspects of your inner world and how they interact, helping you achieve a sense of internal harmony. Additionally, we can look at family dynamics and how they may have shaped your current experiences and behaviors, offering new perspectives for growth.

Healing Past Wounds
We’ll address unresolved emotions and unmet needs from earlier experiences, nurturing the part of you that retains those feelings. This supportive work can help resolve past difficulties and create healthier patterns moving forward.

Sessions are typically 50 minutes long and are initially scheduled weekly. As you progress, we may transition to bi-weekly sessions to best support your ongoing growth and development.
